[1.187.088] All games in the Join Game > Games tab are marked as "friends only"

Steps to reproduce:
1. Main menu > Join Game > Games
2. Attempt to join each of the games
3. They all give the error that "Only friends can join"
Observed behaviour:
All games (even ones hosted by my own steam friends) return this message. Even games with world names such as "everyone free to join pvp" and "all welcome space survival" cannot be joined.
Expected behaviour:
Games that are actually public should be available as such. There may be an issue with the tags being processed by the server that hosts the list itself (just a guess).

same happens here, though i was able to join steam friend's games after waiting a bit, however all the other games still return this same message.
