[1.193.103] Rotor reports incorrect angle
Solved
Place a rotor and battery. In the rotor's control panel, drag the velocity slider, causing the rotor to spin,
Result: The rotor's displayed "Current Angle" will not update automatically. It only updates when another value in the control panel is changed.
Expected result: The rotor's "Current Angle" should update continuously.
