The new Obtrusive message showing at the top right of the screen stating Steam is set to offline mode cannot be disabled.

I have the same bug

My bug report is 23 days old and you marked it as a duplicate compared to another bug report that is only 15 days old..

Regardless, please fix this issue that was introduced in 1.193.1, I have been playing SE since 2014, I play singleplayer, I set Steam to Offline mode, this is how I play the game, I do not need a message telling me I have set steam to Offline Mode, this ruins immersion, since this update I have not played the game out of utter disgust.

Fix The Issue.
