Refinery DetailedInfo error

If a refinery has only one module connected to ONLY ONE PORT and this module is deleted, the detailed information shown in terminal still shows the module as attached (effectiveness/efficiency, etc. are CORRECT, though).
For example, in the attached image (Immagine.png), the selected refinery has NO modules attached (efficiencies are all at 100%) but the description says it has 1 module attached.
EDIT: this also happens if the module is grinded down. The description shows the module as "damaged". See "afterGrinding.png".

Can confirm. I attached a shot of how to connect a yield module to quickly replicate this (delete it and check detail info afterwards).
