Support page does not allow copy-paste

Not a Bug

Repro steps:

1) Open a new bug, like I am doing

2) Type in some text

3) Highlight that text and either hit Ctrl + C or right-click and select "Copy"

4) Click somewhere else in this text box and hit Ctrl + V or right-click and select "Paste"

Expected result: copied text appears

Actual result: nothing happens

1. Not a game bug.

2. It seems to be local or specific for browser. Tested on Google Chrome and without problems
