Grinder is going crazy

So now all of a sudden, my grinder is destroying blocks that i'm not even aiming at. I see the red box around a block, but it grinds a block behind it, or to the left, or to the right, or even behind me...
NOT THE BLOCK WITH THE RED BOX AROUND IT.......
