SE DS Reload feature doesn't reload BlockTypeLimits

When saving a configuration file from SE DS and you update manually in the config file the section <BlockTypeLimits> with for example <item><Key>ProgrammableBlock</Key><Value>10</Value></item> and you reload, the newly added BlockTypeLimit is not visible in the interface.
