Error loading world

So, I played in a modded world earlier today, wanted to load it up again, but all I get is a message that the game encounters an Error when loading the world and it throws me back to the main menu. It might be worth mentioning/important that the save itself actually is not on the SSD (Drive C), but rather on a separate physical Disk, Drive D(using a symlink), in order to save space.
System information: Windows 10 Home, Intel i5-6402P, AMD Radeon RX 460
