Wheels cannot go over 50m/s without thruster aid anymore
Solved
Basically after one of the recent hotfixes I noticed that wheels cannot get above 50m/s anymore on their own.
Test map:

Test vehicle:
literally any vehicle that could reach 100m/s before unaided so just 100% friction, 100% power and unlimited speed settings on the wheels.
This happens on blocks aswell (havnt tested this personally tho).
