Contracts of certain types will not spawn on any station after failing mission
Solved
Upon failing a contract no other contracts of that type will ever be offered again on any station on that save. It very well could be a mod issue as the save is modded but this is the second save I've been able to get this to happen to another save so its consistent to say the least.
I have waited for the contracts to refresh on multiple stations as well.
In that save in particular it refuses to spawn PvE Bounty Contracts, Hauling Contracts and Salvage Contracts on any station.
The latest log should have the hauling contracts becoming corrupt somewhere in it as well. in which the hauling contract did not spawn the container or trash removal got it immediately.

Upon closer inspection I think it ran out of npc pcu, upon clearing the npc owned ships wandering off contracts started spawning again.
