blurred texture or not loading :(

Won't Fix

My game suddenly started having blurry textures; items that should have visible names are appearing as dots (like Braille), and blocks have blurry images on them. I haven't found a fix—I've searched Reddit and wondered if it might be a graphics card issue. I've tried both lowering and raising the graphics settings with no luck, and I've already verified the game files via Steam. I’d be grateful if you could guide me or help me figure out how to fix this.c81052364608ef9ddb63d6bce3a3c1f9

Hello Engineer,

Thank you for reaching out to us on our Support Forum.

To investigate the blurry or missing textures, please provide:

  • The affected world save
  • Your complete game log from an affected session
  • The exact game build, game mode, and platform
  • Your GPU model and current graphics driver version
  • Your in-game graphics settings, especially Texture Quality and Model Quality
  • Information on whether the issue occurs in all worlds or only in this specific save
  • Confirmation of whether it also occurs in a new vanilla (unmodded) world
  • Information on when the issue started and whether it appeared after an update, driver change, or graphics settings change
  • A short video showing the issue, if possible
  • The approximate reproduction rate

Saves

Type %appdata% into the Windows search bar and navigate to:

\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves

There should be a folder containing your Steam ID and saved worlds. Please zip the affected save folder and attach it here.

Logs

Navigate to:

\Roaming\SpaceEngineers

Please attach the relevant SpaceEngineers.log file.

For larger files, you may use Google Drive. Please make sure the files are downloadable by anyone with the link.

Kind regards,

Keen Software House QA Department
