Service Terminal Withdraw Bug

Hi,

I am playing SE on the Aus#3 (Keen) Public Server. For a number of days I have been unbale to retrieve a stored small grid ship from storage. Upon trying to deploy this grid I am greeted with a screen message (See attachment) that there was a problem. I am running the Default Public Version of Space Engineers (May 18, 2025). Game is running on a PC. I have encountered this issue for several days (is repeatable). I have sufficient free PCU for the ship / grid in question. Any advice. Thanks

Hi was told to report this here from Halda

About 2 weeks ago I had stored a lg grid ship

Named S-40 Prospero

And failed to be able to retrieve it from my service terminal or any other service terminal.

I was refunded the ship which was a public blueprint.

The base I blueprinted so you may have it to try to figure out why it is stuck.

In the logs was this line always:

2026-07-08 12:43:07.249 - Thread: 1 -> Retrieve-grid request validation had failed, result code: UnspecifiedStorageIssue

Ticket 706 was created for it, but now closed.

When you do figure out why, if you could remove it from my list of stored ships that would be great.

Possibly a user error on my part, but when I copy the sandbox.sbc + the 'services terminal files' from a save world to a local scenario world, then the services terminal when running the scenario lists all the grids with their info correctly, but then when I attempt to retrieve a grid, it gives an error message asking me to check the log. The error in the log is as follows:

I observe that the metadata for the stored grids in sandbox.sbc is retained into the initial save generated when that new scenario is started, so the grids and their data are correctly listed in game. However, when the scenario's new game save is generated, the 'stored grid files' (numbers.sbc and numbers-detail.sbc) that the service terminals normally reference are not present, which causes the error. In other words, the 'stored grid' files do not seem to survive the 'start new scenario' process.

I'm trying to move the files from: `AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves\76561199574569426\REBF PvE Wave Defence Atmos S02 1.03 CS Update`

To:

`AppData\Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Mods\REBF PvE Wave Defence - Atmospheric - 1.01\Scenarios\REBF PvE Wave Defence - Atmospheric - 1.01\Worlds\Mission01`

It could also be because my scenario is quite an aged one. I realise this is an edge case, so I'm not expecting much, but if there's a workaround or if I'm missing something, it would be appreciated.
