PVP bounty contracts exploits by players

The bounty contracts specify the contract is complete when killed by hand held weapons. So accidentally getting a contract on myself PC Pirates who use ships to kill me will NEVER end the contract. They EXPLOITE the system so they always can track and ruin player experience.. I can give details as what i did to have a GREEN ALLIED NPC FACTION have a bounty on me... but this allows bully's to ruin game play and until this is resolved i will tell people to never play on official keen servers.

I can confirm this is not true, i have done a PVP contract, and i killed a guy with colliding into him with a ship. Not by hand held weapon.
But even after you get killed, your reputation with SPRT remains in the green, and anybody can take a new contract and chase you around more.
You need to monitor your rep with SPRT and not shoot/grind other player's or trader faction grids.
Its that simple, you were attacking other players or trader faction grids, and you earned a green reputation with SPRT, now enjoy it.

So by having green with SPRT i get a bounty?? I was led to believe you ad to have RED with other NPC factions to get a bounty. I worked up other NPC factions, taking hauling contract.. every few i would grind down the container.. take a hit and work up SPRT. I wanted to do trade with everyone... but I kept everyone in the Green.
