Game Crashes when transferring grid ownership

I tried transferring grid ownership and when i selected everything then went to do transfer the game crashes, i tried a couple of times and it kept happening. Then i tried doing it 1 block at a time and also in small block groups and large block groups and narrowed it down to a certain block that causes the game crash and forces you out of official server.
The block is the Custom Turret controller. When you try and transfer ownership of this block it will kick you out of the server everytime the only way i found to get someone else to own the block is for them to grind it down and hack it.

To help us reproduce and investigate this issue further, could you please send us a screen recording/video showing the issue? It would be especially helpful if the recording is from the time, you experienced it on our official servers.
Additionally, please share the game log file (named as SpaceEngineers_) from the time the issue occurred.
If there are any other specific details or steps that might help us reproduce the issue on our side, we would greatly appreciate them as well.
