Service terminal repair issue with unlimited PCU turned on

Only a couple hours into a new world. Still using starter rover. I have unlimited PCU turned on and I went to repair the grid at the service terminal at a station. I get the quote, it says pcu: unlimited at the bottom. I accepted the repair quote and I get an error, not enough PCU and I can’t repair my grid.
I have the same bug You can't vote. Please authorize!
