Frostbite performace issues

I have updated my computer and now for some reason when I try to start a Frostbite scenario I get 5-6 FPS. I am running a 9800X3d CPU and a 5070Ti video card but for some reason this is the best it seems to do in Frostbite. I can load any other scenario or world without issue but Frostbite just lags. I have disabled all of the overlays to try and troubleshoot this to make sure there wasn't something interfering but still no good. I would appriciate any help you can provide. I have also tried clearing the userdata folder and the issue persists.

Did some in depth troubleshooting and found that

  • Render thread showing 123ms of Waiting per frame
  • This is consistent regardless of graphics settings, location, or entity count
  • The issue is thread synchronization/starvation, not rendering load
  • Confirmed via the Profiler Build
