SPACE ENGINEERS- CRITICAL GAME FREEZING

Hi!

I've been playing SE for years and never had any performance issues, even on high/medium settings. Now that I've returned to the game after a year off, the game is unplayable. I have zero lag, I've turned the graphics down to minimum, and even then, every minute or two, my character freezes for 15-20 seconds. I can see the entire world moving in the background, turbines spinning, grass blowing in the wind, and my character is frozen for 20 seconds. This happens constantly, but especially when accessing equipment or blocks. It even happens when I'm in the menu or in the options before world generation. I've checked the task manager, and my computer isn't under any load, and aside from this strange freeze, the game runs perfectly smoothly.

Ahhh yes...

I reinstall game.

I repaird files on steam.

My ethernet connetion is good and stable.

Same effects on single and multiplayer
