Depressurization Bug

I'm experiencing a predictable, repeatable depressurization bug in one of my published Workshop blueprints.

The ship has Isy's Simple Doors loaded by default. This is a simple script that has worked predictably and perfectly for dozens of ships and stations to this point.

Without the script running, the rear, upper airlock is perfectly serviceable.

When the script is running, any time I open the interior door, the compartment depressurizes like I'd just opened a door to space.

I then turn off the script, and when I open the door, it again depressurizes.

When I add any block to the ship, it then works completely normally again.

I've tested and repeated this cycle several times. I don't believe scripts should affect pressurization.

Using the BuildInfo mod shows nothing. The air vent shows the area is not pressurized, but it can't find the leak.

Not only am I also experiencing this bug, but I have been experiencing it with multiple ships. I have been running the Whip's Auto Doors and Airlocks script for a long time and have not had any issues prior to this past few weeks. but Now no matter what I do I cant seem to keep my ships pressurized. To be honest, its making me want to stop playing the game until something is figured out.
