The Acheron Probect troubleshooting

I'm writing regarding an issue that struck my server, which neither I or the providers can quite figure out. My server, the Acheron project on EOS Has Ben been having an issue where not long after restart the server appears to leave the joint game list and becomes un joinable now the server doesn't actually close because people are still playing it however it prevents new people from joining.
Commonly the Solution to Something like this would simply be to restart your game and it will be there, but unfortunately that is not the case. It has been plaguing my server For a few weeks now, I was curious to know if you guys have any insight on the matter or any fixes that might resolve it?

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum regarding this issue.
We were able to locate the server via the Join Game list and successfully join it at the time of our testing. Since the server is running with MODs, there is a possibility that one or more of the active MODs may be contributing to the behavior you described, especially if any of them are no longer fully compatible with the current game version.
Could you also please confirm whether this issue affects the majority of players, or only specific players attempting to join the server?
Additionally, we recommend reviewing server's active MODs to ensure they are up to date. You may also temporarily remove all MODs to see if the issue persists in an unmodded state as well? This will help determine if a specific MOD is the cause.
It would also be helpful to know whether the server is hosted through a third-party hosting provider or if you are running it locally using the Space Engineers Dedicated Server Manager on your own machine.
This information will help us better understand the setup and provide more targeted suggestions.

The servers mod set has not been altered and all use reliable mods use by many other servers who do not have this issue. The server is hosted via GTX. We also isolated the possibility of plugins as i reached out to other developers who run our plugins and all have no issues
