The log you shared is full of "TryChangeToFullscreen failed" error messages.
To fix this, please go to the game’s main menu, open "Options > Display", and change your Video Mode to another recommended aspect ratio (marked with ***).
Also, the log that you shared contain lot of mods, and mod related errors.
Can you also please try to run some vanilla (no mods) world, and see if the issue persists?
If the issue still occurs after trying these steps, please send us the complete log file from the session when the crash happened so we can investigate further.
You can access your log files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers.
