звук все время на 0-е

если пытаюсь поменять звук и принять все возвращается к 0
я обновил драйверы
перепроверил файлы игры
перезапускал пк
менял герцовку в настрйках звука
не помогло

if I try to change the sound and accept everything returns to 0
I updated the drivers
double checked the game files
restarted the PC
changed the Hertz dial in the sound settings
did not help
