Alt+MMB is transfering tools to inventory

Thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
We have tried this on our side and both actions (depositing with Alt + MMB button as well as with the button in the Terminal) works as intended. Guns (including Tools), Ammo and Gas Containers are not being deposited as the tooltip is saying.
Are you using any mods in the affected game?
Can you please try the same also in new vanilla (no mods) world, and see if you can observe the same problem there as well?
