Hello Beres,
Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum.
Is the issue occurring with one specific server, or does it happen on all servers you try to join? To verify this, try joining some other server or any Keen Official servers and check the behavior.
If the issue appears only on one particular server, check whether that server is modded, whether other players can join it normally, and whether the server is actually online and running. You can also try Direct Connecting to this server.
If the issue is happening across all servers, please try connecting to the internet using a different method. For example, if you normally use Wi-Fi, switch to a wired connection or a mobile hotspot, or vice versa, and see if that makes any difference.
It may also help to check for pending OS updates, confirm whether a VPN is active, or see if your antivirus might be blocking the connection. Temporarily disabling the antivirus and VPN can help determine if they are interfering.
If none of these steps improve the situation, please send us the latest log file from the session where the issue occurred so we can investigate it further.
Kind regards,
Keen Software House: QA Department
