Collectors not harvesting mushrooms

We have Farm Plots with collectors above them in our moon base. The plots have mushrooms planted which are at 100%, but they are not collected. The collectors are turned on.
I don't dare to enter our greenhouse because it might lose air (we have a separate bug concerning air vents )
What can I do?

Thank you for reaching our forum with this.
From what you’ve shown, it looks like the issue is caused by how collectors interact with farm plots. Collectors only work when they’re placed on a subgrid, and they also need to be positioned quite a bit closer to the plot than in your current setup. Because of that, the collector isn’t able to reach the mushrooms, so nothing gets harvested.
If you adjust the layout a little so the collector is on a subgrid and closer to the plot, it should start working normally.
If you still have trouble after making those changes, feel free to share the affected save file with us (and please make sure the grid is easy to find). That way we can take a look directly in your environment and help you further.
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be a folder with your SteamID and your saves.
Please zip the file and attach it here. If you are having difficulty attaching files you can optionally use Google Drive. When sharing a google drive link please make sure it is set to be downloadable by anyone with the link.
