Event Controller and Groups BUG !

Found 2 bugs in the latest version!

I have set an Event to trigger a group when magplate is connected (not ready to connect!). So magplate locked = ship off/on. But when you turn off your ship the event controller think it has to trigger like it is set to "trigger when ready". You can test: fly the ship few meters above the ground, torn off the group "shuttle off", and when it touches the ground (magplate has to touch it), the event triggers! But the magplate is not set to Autoconnect nor is the Event Controller set to "when ready!


2: I have set up a group, i edit it and add or remove blocks, yet an event controller triggers the "old group". So if you edit groups and hit save, its not getting updated properly!

I had to remove the group and make another one with another name, add it again to the event controller and THEN it worked!

Thank you for writing to us on the forum.

Regarding the second (group related) issue, we are aware of it and have an internal ticket for it, but the issue only occurs on multiplayer/Dedicated Servers and not in single-player (SP) or lobby. Could you please let us know whether you experienced this issue in single-player or a lobby?

During retesting, we were able to reproduce the issue on dedicated/multiplayer servers but not in single-player or lobby sessions. Please let us know if the issue also occurs for you in an unmodded single-player or lobby world.

Regarding the first issue (event triggering early, 'Ready to Lock' state), we already have a similar report for it internally. If the second issue persists only on dedicated servers, we’ll add this thread to the existing internal ticket related to the first issue.

Yes both happens on my dedicated server, I don’t play offline.

Hello Chris,

Thank you for confirming.

For now, we will add this thread/report to our internal ticket for the issue with the event triggering early in the Ready to Lock state. We will update this thread once the issue has been resolved.
