Bug no spider spawn

Investigating

After starting a new game, without mod and waiting more than 30min no spider have spawn on Pertam

I have the same bug

Hello Engineer,

thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.

You can see the default spawn settings for each planet in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\SpaceEngineers\Content\Data\PlanetGeneratorDefinitions.sbc. It can be found in the <AnimalSpawnInfo> section at <SpawnDelayMin> and <SpawnDelayMax>.

For Pertam those values are between 15 and 100 minutes(spawn timer is a random value between the two).

So i have changed the <SpawnDelayMin> and <SpawnDelayMax> (1min minimum- 2min Maximum) config (Pertam) in a new world and Spider have spawn.

Unfortunately my recent saves (ApexSurvivalUpdate) doesn't Spawn Spider since the New update even with the config <SpawnDelayMin> and <SpawnDelayMax> (Pertam) i've been playing on this save for a while and everything was fine before.

The world is modded yes, but not with Encounter mod or npc mod.

Could you help me find the probleme ?

I will Try Re-installing Space engineer and the save without any mod if it solve the problem.

After Re-installing the game, my savefiles (without mod) and changing the setting for the SpawnDelay, Spider have Spawn.

Soooo Maaayybbbeee it was a mod... OR re-installing the game did do the job. Unfortunately I don't know wich one did work. One things is sure is that before the update the game worked just fine with the mods.

Their is a possibility that the update is affecting old save (without mod). If someone have the same problem and are not using any mod in their save, then the update did affect the spawn of creature in save existing before CoreUpdate.

ps: I know Mods and Update most of the time do create conflict and can break a save files.
