Purchased Complete Package 26 Nov 2025 and missing DLC
Investigating
I purchased the Complete Bundle (for the second or third time) on 26th of Nov 2025.
The store page states:
"Space Engineers: Complete includes the base game and all DLCs for Space Engineers."
However, my game does not include "Space Engineers - Core Systems Pack" and therefore is not all DLC as claimed.
Can you please let me know how to resolve this?
Kind regards

I have the same bug
Hello Jack,
thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
Can you please try to restart your Steam, log back in and try to view the content of the Complete Edition again?
Do you see the "Core Systems Pack" DLC there now?
You can add to to the DLCs you already own by "Add/complete pack" button.
As for the price, the version you purchased without the Core Systems DLC was cheaper than the one available now, so you were not deprived of anything - you actually paid less, and now can complete the pack still for the normal price.
We are sorry for this inconvenience.
Hope this will resolve the problem for you.
Please let us know if you still need any further assistance regarding this.
Kind Regards

I have restarted steam and I still do not have the DLC.
While I do note you have changed the package to now include the DLC, I still do not have it.
Under New Zealand law, a product sale must:
Match the description given in advertisements or sales brochures, or by the sales assistant.
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 – Section 16(1)(b)
You can read the full text here:https://www.legislation.govt.nz/act/public/1993/0092/latest/DLM327634.html#DLM327634
The relevant clause is under “Section 16 – Guarantees for goods”, paragraph (b).
The package I purchased clearly stated "includes the base game and all DLCs" but that wasn't the case. Now I need to buy more DLC now that wasn't included.
While I appreciate the mistake, under the law you cannot just simply change a product page AFTER the sale and expect customers to purchase additional DLC when it was stated to include ALL at time of sale.

Hello Jack,
thank you for getting back to us, and I’m really sorry that this is still causing trouble for you.
Just to confirm — when you open your Steam Library → Space Engineers → Manage my DLC, does the Core Systems Pack still not appear there as owned?
I want to make sure we’re looking at the most up-to-date status before moving forward.
If it’s still missing, I can offer you a straightforward solution: we can provide you with a Core Systems Pack key so you can activate it immediately on your account.
Just let me know if you would like to go ahead with that, and I’ll arrange it for you right away.
Thank you again for your patience, and I’m here if you need anything else.
Kind Regards,

Hello Ludmila,
Here is a screenshot from the store page:

And this is the manage DLC screen

Before the change to the store page it showed I owned the Complete edition of the game. Once that change was made, it now only shows I must purchase the additional DLC. And as you can see I purchased it on Nov 26 but now it shows as only the Apex DLC not the complete version of the game.
I appreciate the quick response.
Kind regards,
Jack
