Cannot paste text if clipboard contains emojis

The issue seems specific to emojis (like 👀), if it's contained in the text, the game will do nothing when pasting in PB editor, Custom Data, block name and probably all text inputs.

Unrecognized characters (like ♠) are not an issue and will show up as the diamond-questionmark symbol thing.

The expected behavior is to get the text pasted and whatever unknown character exists to show up as the questionmark diamond symbol. Or worst case strip the problematic characters from the pasted string.

This issue became more common recently with people using LLMs to create programmable block scripts which seem to now include emojis in code comments, causing them to not be able to paste.
