Singleplayer offline world's constatly stuttering.

Hi, my game is stuttering around every 20-30 seconds. It is happening across multiple saves including a completely fresh save with only the respawn ships grid. Shift+F11 shows simulated cpu server thread usage spiking when the game stutters and gametime going from 1.00 to around 0.5 or less. Fps stays the same according to steam's and nvidias fps counters. Attached is my log file.

I tried deleting my config file and verifying the integrity of my game files but that did not seem to help either. The bug also happens when playing co-op.

Does it only happen when you're driving in the respawn rover in 3rd person?
If so, you can zoom out a bit and that seems to resolve it (at least that's the only time I see anything I'd call stuttering, more like jittering).
You should post a video so it's easier to understand what you're describing.

It was happening constatly no matter what i was doing. But i reinstalled the game and that seemed to fix it, although it wasnt a problem at first anyway.
