Hello Engineer,
After a detailed investigation of the issue from your ticket, we found that the problem occurs when two safe zones overlap in the same location. This setup can cause merchant interactions to fail, but it’s not a supported configuration in the current game logic. Unfortunately, we were unable to reproduce this bug under testing conditions, so it’s difficult to determine how it originally occurred.
Based on this, the report will be closed as Won’t Fix.
