grid cleanup persisting on coped blueprints

I copied some ships and drones from the new encounters, and I noticed that the grids I did not claim before copying are showing a warning saying, "unclaimed blocks will be despawn in 1hr". I don't know how to claim them after pasting them, I tried transferring ownership away and back and messed with the cleanup times. I don't know if it's a bug or a setting issue, so I'm posting this here
