Custome Turret Controller, Idle Movement turns itself off

Build Custom Turret
enable idle movement option
click on any other option or exit the menu
idle movement is swithed to off.
fresh world file attached
tested in both experimental on and off.

Previous solution was to have Enable AI off, but that doesn't appear to work any more.

Saved file is small-grid turret controller. Same problem with large-grid.
