Can I do anythnig on my end to fix the LCD text blur ?

Guys, I appreciate your game support over the years. I love this game. The LCD text is headache inducing. Please tell me how to fix this. None of the mods claiming to eliminate bloom and fix text has done anything to help. I have attached a screenshot. That panel is all default. Please tell me how to get the LCD panel text as clear as the other text.
