Tire tracks cause severe FPS loss
Solved
When panning over grfx of tire tracks on voxels, FPS takes MASSIVE hit. Going from 60fps to slideshow or even briefly freezing display. This happens on fresh install of windows 11, steam, with current Nvidia drivers, on system with 3080 card. As soon as I pan camera off tire track textures, FPS goes to normal.

Well... Seems the problem went away. The actual save I had that had the issue, was lost. Going to an earlier backup and tried to reproduce it and couldn't. So maybe there was something funky with that save. Either way, doesn't seem to be a problem any longer. Thanks for the assistance.
