We have not managed to reproduce this problem on our side so far.
Can you please try to make a blueprint of the affected ship and paste in into the same/different world? Is the problem still present on the newly pasted grid?
If yes, can you please send us the blueprint of the affected ship/grid so we can investigate the issue further?
You can access your blueprints files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Blueprints. Select the correct folder where your blueprint is saved (local or cloud), zip the file and attach it here.
If you would share the blueprint (or whole affected world), please also try to point us towards the problematic place so its easy to find.
