Sim Speed drops insanely hard

I updated to the newest hotfix and got back on my locally hosted dedicated server with someone else, the game run perfectly fine for them but for me, the game freezes every 2 seconds making it unplayable. I've done basically everything to fix this (I've restarted, reinstalled the game, changed settings, updated drivers, restarted windows ) But nothing works, it even does it in a single player world too. My PC specs are a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU, 128GB DDR4 RAM, RTX 5060 TI, NVME SSD. Any help is great

On our server, were a stedy 0.57 all the time... used to be 1.0-0.9 stedy. But since the apex update, and the new hotfix its been worse at times even random drops to 0.10

We've noticed on our server that it appears to be related to Adaptive Sim Quality. If you disable it, does the sim speed increase?

Could you kindly share some additional details about the issue? Does it occur on a server with active MODs? (Sometimes incompatible MODs can contribute to this)
What is the ping to the server on your side?
Are there any specific steps after which the SIM speed always drops consistently, either in single-player or on a server?
Also, please share the log files from the time the issue occurred (both from the server and the single-player game session)
