Being forced into spectator mode when flying around

I have been playing since the new launch of the Apex survival update. not doing anything weird just flying around a ship i finally got fixed up on pertam and i random get thrown into the atmosphere in spectator mode and can't exit it.

Does it occur in a world/server with active MODs? (Sometimes incompatible MODs can contribute to this).
If it happens on a server, what is the ping on your side?
Are there specific steps after which you are always forced into spectator mode?
Was your ship docked or connected to another ship (e.g. a small ship connected to a large grid) when this happened?
Additionally, please provide a screen recording/video showing the issue and the affected world/server save file (if it’s a single-player world or a dedicated server hosted on your device)
