Hello Jesse,

Thank you for reaching out to us on the forum, and apologies for the delayed response.

Please first check whether you are using a VPN, if so, disable it and check if the issue persists. If it does, please try the following workarounds that might help;

Clear Steam Cache

  1. Open the Steam Client.
  2. Go to Steam → Settings → Downloads.
  3. Click Clear Download Cache.
  4. Steam will restart, log back in when prompted.
  5. Launch Space Engineers and try searching for servers again.

If that does not help, try changing your Steam download region;

  1. Open Steam → Settings → Downloads.
  2. Under Download Region, select a different region nearby (for example, a neighboring city or country).
  3. Restart Steam.
  4. Launch Space Engineers and try searching for servers again.

Please let us know if any of these workarounds resolves the issue.

Kind Regards,

Hello Jesse,

Thank you for letting us know. It seems this was most likely due to temporary networking issues. We’ll go ahead and mark the ticket as resolved now.
