Hello Molten,
Thank you for reaching our forum with this problem.
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues.
Please note that the game actually uses two separate “profiles”: one when Steam is online, and another when it is offline.
You can access your save files by typing %appdata% into your Windows search bar and you will be redirected to the hidden Roaming folder. After that just follow: \Roaming\SpaceEngineers\Saves. There should be two folders: one with your SteamID and the other one called "1234567891011".
When Steam is online, the game uses the folder with your SteamID number. When Steam is offline, it switches to the offline folder.
If you are running Steam in Offline mode, or are offline in general and want to play your single-player worlds, please copy and paste the save folder of the world you want to play from the folder with your SteamID into the offline (“123...”) folder.
After that, start the game and you should be able to continue playing your world in offline mode.
Please let me know if this helps, or if you are still experiencing problems.
Thank you in advance.
Kind Regards
