Space Spiders "accept everyone" on Official Servers

Space Spiders "accept everyone" box is checked on CA#3, an admin fixed it 24 hours ago, but his fix does not survive server restart, CA#3 has four players in SPID faction, all joined in last 24 hours. I assume all official servers are affected identically

Players that join "no faction" are placed in "Space Spider" faction, I just joined US#6, joined "no faction" and when checking on bug I found myself in Space Spiders faction.
