Soil Block Please?

Long time Space Engineer - Heard you guys released a visual patch for ME so I tried it out and now I have a new candidate for top "hours played" on my steam account...Thanks alot :P Anyway:
Can you please add a soil block so that I can build, plow and plant an awesome garden in the court yard of my stone keep? If not, at least allow the ability to "fill" (inventory soil) on top of stone blocks which are several levels above the actual ground?
My current work around is to build up a mound of soil from the ground up but the current fill system is quite clunky, and is quite frustrating to level the soil especially if the Court yard is several blocks above ground level.
