server isn't listing after disconnect

When disconnecting from some servers you are not able to reconnect with them.
The server isn't listing in the server browser. Sometimes when starting a new single player the server is listing again.
I have the same bug
This happens on dedicated servers after reboot as well. Also had an issue where I was unable to reload my dedicated server to default settings. Below is a log of one of many.
