Removable leather boots, hats and gloves in wardrobe

I'd like to have think this would be a diffrence experience in ME. having the engineer working and playing withouth leather gloves, hat and boots. this would be made possible through the wardrobe. And make the pants maybe quarter lenght and more baggy. This would make sense as well even more because when you start the survival mode you don't have any fancy tools or machinery except stone axe and wooden hammer, etc. very weak stuff. Optionally you could change the leather boots to some kind of roman style shoes with leather strapping around the leg. I'd be very intresting to see the outcome of this.
