[public test] Catch blocks

- I've noticed a few weird things with catch blocks. Sometimes when using a basic rope drum setup(2 catchblocks, crank and a lockable rope drum) my crank would rotate only for 15 degrees in any direction. And all that with no ropes or any load what so ever. Whats puzzling that sometimes it works ok, in other, dont.
- In the previous official build, if you connecting 2 catch blocks, lets say with a timber. Despite being offset(talking about the axis) both axis would instantly snap into alignment and would connect. Now, in this public testing, this not happening. Both catch block axis gotta be in perfect alignment.
