Placed Block, Died.

I placed a simple stone block and as soon as i placed it i died, i was in a safe area, walled off from any possible intruders AI or player. i was stood on flat ground (not player created), i placed the block directly in front of me i would say approx. 2-4m away if that.
i have had this occur multiple times, mainly in very similar instances.

The game is as buggy as hell and is now officially abandoned by Keen.
Rosa is still milking any sales of it and then siphoning the money off to the Good AI project and a damn big mansion of a house for so called 'offices'.
