There seems to be an issue when trying to place the "Large Round Floors" after you have installed the walls or battlements.

I have the same bug 
Yesterday, I just had the wall to set it on and didn't even have another wall or battlements and it wouldn't go on until I removed the walls sticking up on either side of the spot where I wanted to put it.
