[Graphic Feedback/Suggestion] Make Fog Always Existent

New fog effect is very very good, but it only appears very short amount of time on sunset and dawn. An example:
Fog should be existent on daytime too. It would give forest depth effect, see this Skyrim screenshort for what I mean (trees behind are not sharp because of fog):
This is current daytime forest view, from same perspective as the first screenshot:
It would be very nice to have fog in daytime as well as dawn&sunset. I think it would make the graphics even more great.
