Game Crashes when placing blocks into the toolbar

Hello Keen,
The link there is to my YT channel video I created to show off the issues I have been having for a few months now and had referenced a few days ago over on my twitter account. If there are any other files you may need of my world, specs of my pc, or any other info, please don't hesitate to ask me for them and how you would like them transferred to you. This game is wonderful and I can't wait to have it run smoothly again. :)
