Can't progress in cart mission

It tells me to place two timbers in a T shape, but when I do, nothing happens and will not progress. I tried cancelling the mission and starting again, but still nothing.

Please check that you were placing the correct size of timber. The sizes are 1-10, however, the largest one—size 10—is called Timber to keep inventory and crafting names simple.

Yes, sorry, this was the problem. I was trying to copy the picture in the journal, and did not realise that it had to be the max size to start off with! Thanks for the help. P.S. I am very impressed at how far the game has come, I haven't played in over a year and the difference is incredible!
