Cannot craft wall torches, torch stands, signs.
As stated in title, I cannot craft wall torches, torch stands, signs. Currently these are the only ones I have identified. Crafting gets to 100% and disappears, like it was never requested in the first place.

The issue started a few months ago (updated game after not playing for about 6 months). Assuming it was corrupt save, started new game. Issue persisted. To this day, it has not been solved.
On a possibly related note, some of the quests were also broken on new save (it told me to create things like "Block::WoodStockpileLarge" (name not fully correct, written from memory) instead of the usual name e.g. "Large stockpile for wood", but it didn't finish it after I placed/built it). I ended up completing the quests by editing XML of the save.
For now I would be happy with a workaround where I could "cheat" myself the item I am trying to craft - does anyone have any tips for fixing or can suggest a workaround?

Problem solved after uninstalling from Steam, deleting all rudimentary files from steamapps/common/MedievalEngineers and reinstalling. Previously problematic savegames started working correctly.
